A great utility knife!
The knife has a lovely balance and the grip is sure, even in a slippery food prep environment. It’s exceptionally sharp, but then it’s also very new, so only time will tell off it remains sharp. The packaging is really robust, yet quietly elegant. A great product!
I would recommend this product to a friend.
