A great, budget-friendly, option.
To be honest, I hesitated to buy this knife because it is quite a bit cheaper than most of the bread knives on the site - but what a great purchase it has turned out to be! It's light, the silicone handle makes it comfortable to grip, and so far, it performs exactly as I'd hoped: slicing cleanly and effortlessly through all manner of crusts, even on warm, just-baked bread. No regrets.
