Editing My Order

How do I edit my order if I have already checked out but not paid?

You'll need to log in to your account.

  • Click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select "Your orders" and a list of your previous orders will be displayed.
  • Select the order you want to edit and click on the red "View" button on the right hand side.
  • A new page will appear with your order information. To edit this order click "Make this my cart" in the bottom right hand corner. You can then edit your order.
  • If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one using the same email address you used when placing your previous order.

How do I edit my order if I have already paid?

If you have already paid for your order you will need to contact one of our Customer Support Agents who will be able to edit the order for you.

How do I remove items from my cart?

You have three options.

Option 1: Hover your mouse over the cart icon in the top right of the page. Click the ‘x’ next to each item you wish to remove.

Option 2: Click on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Click the ‘rubbish bin’ next to each item you wish to remove. Confirm that you wish to remove the item.

Option 3: Click on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Change the quantity of each item to zero, by inserting ‘0’ into the quantity field, or by clicking the ‘-’ button next to the quantity field. Confirm that you wish to remove the item.
