At Haute Cabriere, the von Arnim family specialises in wines created from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varietals and this Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs pays tribute to the versatility and showcases the ageing potential of Chardonnay. With aromas of citrus and delicate hints of oak, the full-bodied palate has hints of passion fruit with a fine and elegant mousse. It pairs especially well with rich seafood dishes and decadent desserts.
