Haute Cabriere is committed to producing wines and Cap Classiques exclusively from the noble cultivars Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Following French tradition, the farm’s still wines are named after the property, Haute Cabriere, and the Cap Classique range is named after the original founder, Pierre Jourdan.

About Haute Cabriere
Founded on the values of family, community and sharing, the von Arnim family of Haute Cabriere has been artfully harnessing the unique terroir (sun, soil and vine conditions) of the Franschhoek Valley since the property was bought in 1982.
