Care instructions
- Allow the grill to cool completely before handling or cleaning
- Remove the ceramic base from the stainless-steel frame before washing
- Wash the ceramic base with warm water and mild soap, and dry thoroughly before reassembling
- Clean the grill mesh and teppanyaki plate with warm soapy water after use
- Don't expose hot ceramic to cold water as sudden temperature changes may cause cracking
- Store in a dry place to maintain the ceramic and bamboo components
- Use the bamboo board and fireproof base to protect surfaces during cooking
