This is a multipurpose small knife that is great for hand peeling, precision cutting, slicing and detail cuts. The perfect knife to devein shrimp, removing seeds from chilli peppers and skinning or cutting small garnishes.
This knife is ideal for small kitchen jobs like chopping herbs and slicing small to medium-sized vegetables, as well as scoring fruit or veg. It can also be used for peeling or finely chopping a variety of foods.
