This Japanese-style square-tip knife is great for slicing, cutting, chopping and big prep jobs. A popular alternative to the Santoku, it has flutes to create air pockets that help to prevent food from sticking to the blade.
The GS series is a classic collection of small and medium-sized knives suitable for all areas of food preparation.

Care instructions
- Not dishwasher safe, hand wash with mild detergent
- Hand wash your knife directly after use to prevent staining, food build-up and discolouration
