Also known as a Nakiri knife, this Japanese-style square-tip knife is great for chopping meat, root vegetables and big prep jobs. A popular alternative to the Santoku, this hardy chopper will get you through the hardest carrots or butternuts your grocer can throw at you.
This vegetable chopper is very useful for slicing fruit and vegetables into fine slices or thicker slices. It can also be used to cube vegetables.
All knife measurements are for the blade only, not the handle.

Care instructions
- Not dishwasher safe, hand wash with mild detergent
- Hand wash your knife directly after use to prevent staining, food build-up and discolouration

- Dry your knife thoroughly once it’s cleaned to prevent rust spots
- Don't use your knife to chop or slice through frozen food, bones or non-food materials

Amazing
A great multi-purpose tool; nice for the kitchen. Good balance and control. Lighter than expected but superbly made. Deceptively sharp and a pleasure to chop/cut with. You will not be disappointed.
