The lessons don't get emailed (atleast I haven't received any) but after the video, there are notes to download and after that there's recipes to download and then after that there's the quiz. Hope that helps.

Hi Pho, Bianca is correct, all course materials are available on the site. We do not email you the lessons, it is all available on the course page.

Benita, thanks for your input. We are looking into providing the answers once someone has completed the quiz in the future however for now that is not possible.
