what's a tub in ounces/grams etc.
Hello. In the US they say a 'stick' of butter - which is what? Here in Europe we need precise measurements - particularly the 'Ultimate Christmas Pannettone Trifle'.
A tub of mascarpone?
A tub of cream cheese?
The rest of the recipe is OK. 250ml of cream is how the rest of the recipe should be written!
thanks,

A stick of butter is 113g. I use this handy tool to convert to grams etc ;

Here in South Africa a "tub" of cream cheese/marscapone is normally 250g
Thanks so much for your feedback Jan, will definitely pass this on to our editor. Wishing you a merry Christmas!
