• Set the rinse temperature between 50–55°C; never exceed 65°C
• Use short dishwasher programmes and avoid cycles lasting several hours
• Keep filters, nozzles and spray arms clean and remove food residue before washing
• Handle glasses carefully and lift them by the stem or foot to avoid breakage
• For thin-walled or handmade glasses, polish the bowl and foot separately
• Open the dishwasher promptly after the cycle to release steam
