Excellent quality, heavy duty. This is the only spatula that you will need for the kitchen if you use cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel pans. It can work for omelettes, sunny eggs or any food that you can think of. Highly recommend this item if you are seriously looking for the perfect spatula, the fish spatula will not disappoint you.
