  • The butter dish is dishwasher safe, while the lid is easy to clean with a damp cloth
  • The lid should be oiled regularly to preserve the oak
  • For oiling, we suggest any vegetable oil, just ensure that it is clean oil and not coloured or infused with anything
  • The oil you use must be food safe
  • Since wood is a living and organic material, natural variations may occur
  • If the wood feels rough with time, we recommend sanding down the dry surface using very fine sandpaper, then oiling the wood to protect it

  Porcelain products from Eva Solo come with a 10-year warranty. The warranty covers products purchased after 1 September 2015, and only first-grade products. In other words, if your Eva Solo porcelain breaks, the glaze shatters or large flakes break off during normal daily use, they will replace the product with a new — or similar — product. The warranty does not cover faults and functional failure due to intentional breakage or breakage resulting from external events. The warranty is also conditional to user instructions being followed.
