Elephantom African Dark Rum, 750ml

Triple distilled from fermented African cane molasses and aged for four years in American oak casks, this rum unveils rich fruity flavors with caramel notes, stewed peaches, warm spices, vanilla, and apple.

Cocktail Recipe:

• 50ml Elephantom Rum
• 1.5 bar spoons sugar
• 6 – 8 lime wedges
• Mint
• Soda or ginger beer

Add rum, limes and sugar to a highball glass. Muddle the limes and add mint. Add crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon to lift and blend all ingredients. Add more crushed ice and top with soda or ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig.
