Perfect lamb chops
This is a beautifully designed and made product. I’ve always tried to balance my lamb chops on the fat side to render the fat, but the results with the chop rack are unmatched! Crispy, fully rendered fat, and beautifully moist and tender meat. Starting on the bone side means even cooking throughout. Best lamb chops ever!
I would recommend this product to a friend.
