Incompatible Water Filter for De'Longhi Caffe Venezia ESAM 2200
The care kit, which includes a water filter, was purchased for use with our De'Longhi Caffe Venezia ESAM 2200 coffee machine. Under the specifications of the care kit, it explicitly states that the water filter (and care kit) is compatible with the ESAM2200. However, the water filter does not fit in the water tank of our machine. Please assist.

A perfect companion if you own a coffee machine.
Another review mentions a brush that makes cleaning easier — I think they mean the cloth. The coffee grinds stick to it quite readily but then just shake right off of the cloth after and makes wiping the inside and doors of my machine much easier. The general purpose cleaner is also highly recommended if you get a strange taste from your machine — it restored our diffuser perfectly.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
