This unique marmalade blend of several citrus varieties, allows for a slightly darker marmalade, with a bitter orange taste. Fruit is carefully selected and harvested by hand by owner and chef of both, Hemelhuijs and Jonkmanshof, Jacques Erasmus. Enjoy with freshly baked homemade bread and butter.
