This purifier serves it's purpose well. The lovely scents add a wonderful aroma to my home. I can literally feel a difference in the quality of air in my home. It makes a bit of a noise which is just a small con of the product.

Bought this for my home office and I love having it on every day! Have only tried one scent of the oils but it smells amazing and it really feels as if the air is much cleaner in the office!

Works as described, the lid just feels a little bit too plastic but it works well!

I am very happy with the purifier. It was a bit noisy but after moving the top a bit it was fine. Only really find the ocean mist concentrate strong enough. The vanilla is too soft a fragrance and haven't tried the eucalyptus yet.

Not a firm fan of its appearance, there are better-looking ones out there, but it doesn't bother us or stick out like a sore thumb. It's hidden in the corner and it's pretty quiet (I appreciate that). It sure does work through. Our house smells of Lemongrass ...

So glad I purchased this item. I had seen it at a Air B&B we stayed at in CPT and the host had it on when we arrived. It made the home smell so clean and fresh which made a lasting impression on me I just had to get one for my home!

We’ve noticed a definite change in our allergies since having this product. We don’t get as stuffy as we used to. I am also affected a lot by smell and absolutely love the concentrates that come with it.

I bought two of the these in Aug 2021. They both stopped working within a week from each other. It seems this product only has a five moth life span. Bit of a waste of money.

Since moving to dry Gauteng, I have struggled with my sinus — I decided to try this machine and while it's super noisy, it works like a charm. I notice when I don't use it! After 2 nights of running it, it needs a water refresh, crazy to see just how much gunk it pulls from the air.

I love it. However, it's struggling to fight off some smoke odour from one of the guys in the office, however I feel that is more his problem than the Crystal Aire's problem 👀

Bought as a replacement after my first unit melted into a sad puddle of plastic, after thinking the bowl was dishwasher safe.

The purifier does what it's meant to do, air quality improves and odours fade (use the concentrates). Setup is painless, and in normal day-to-day use, it performs like a solid mid-range purifier. t could be slightly quieter but I find the hum soothing when falling asleep.

Treat it gently, clean it by hand only, and it'll do its job well. Abuse it with modern appliances, and it will lose that fight every time. Read more
