Perfect French bread
French loaves and ciabbata need time to rise to get those awesome light bubbles. As soon as one moves the risen loaves the bubbles disappear. Not with the french loaf bread pan.The proving and baking happens in the same pan and the results are perfect light loaves. Easy to clean too.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
