About Brenda's Preserves

It all started in a home kitchen in the Western Cape. Today, Brenda’s makes delicious things by hand, in small batches and with plenty of care. Handcrafted locally with quality ingredients from trusted producers wherever possible, each creation is full of flavour and made for sharing with good people.

Ingredients: Sugar, onion, grape vinegar (preservative (sulphur dioxide)), soy sauce (water, salt, soy beans, wheat, preservative (sodium benzoate)), water, canola oil, fish sauce (fish, salt, water, Sodium benzoate), molasse, garlic, miso paste (soybeans, water, rice, salt, alcohol), ginger, paprika, Chinese five spice, cayenne pepper, salt, and stabilizer (Xanthan gum).

• Store in cool, dry place
• Refrigerate after opening and use within one month

This product has a shelf life of 1 year.
