Care instructions
- Place the scale on a smooth, flat, hard surface such as tiles or wooden flooring
- Avoid using the scale on carpets or uneven surfaces
- Stand barefoot on the scale's electrodes when taking measurements
- Stand still while the scale is taking readings
- Keep your feet, legs and thighs from touching each other during measurement
For best results:
- Weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning
- Measure after using the toilet, before eating and without clothing
- Slightly damp soles may improve measurement accuracy
- Wait several hours after strenuous exercise before measuring
- Wait approximately 15 minutes after getting out of bed before weighing yourself
