It took me but 10 minutes to prepare the tin and the bread, even quicker than it took for the oven to heat up! The bread is delicious! It is tasty and so great to eat warm bread out of the oven without having to knead dough and leave it to rise! We loved this bread so much that we will order all the flavours with our next order!!

This bread is stupendously easy to bake. You literally just mix the contents with one beer and stick it in the oven. It cooked perfectly in my new Le Creuset loaf tin. The flavour, however, left much to be desired on my part. I'm not a beer fan, nor do I enjoy any other form of alcohol, so take my review with a pinch of salt. The bread is delicious and it is so easy to prepare - just add beer!! It tastes best while still warm with butter spread on it. The garlic and herb flavour was just right, not too strong.

I will definitey buy this bread again.

Delicious and super quick and easy to make. We used the Soda Water after reading the YC Beer Bread Test (http://www.yuppiechef.com/spatula/the-beer-bread-test/) and super surprised with the results. The bread raised beautifully and had a slightly sweet flavour. Super yummie! Going to buy all the flavours and give the 4 packs as christmas gifts.

Simple to prepare, quick to bake and great tasting. I baked it for a Sunday afternoon braai and what a great idea that turned out to be... everyone loved it - whole bread eaten. I have purchased all other flavours of these beer breads and I cannot wait to try the others - I know they will not disappoint. Awesome tasting breads, truly yummy.

This brand is amazing! I love how easy it is to make a loaf of bread that is super yummy! The garlic & herb is my favourite as it has a slight sweetness that goes amazingly with the herbs. I used soda water instead of beer and everyone in my family loved it. Just don't expect the usual fluffy bread consistency, this bread is more dense.

I was worried you'd have to knead this bread, but you don't at all, and it comes out perfectly.
I did mix it with a dough hook in a mixer, but I don't think even that is necessary.
For a bread-baking novice, I love these mixes! I've just bought ten more!

A friend recommended trying out the garlic & herb mix...and wow was is a success! It's simple and quick to make, tastes great and is 100% worth while.

All it takes is turning on the oven pouring the mix and a beer into a bowl mixing a bit and chucking it in then a couple minutes later out comes a great tasting, quality bread!
