What you'll need

  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 200g leftover Christmas pudding
  • Optional: 300ml roughly chopped and toasted pecan nuts

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream until it holds medium peaks.
  2. Gently drizzle in the condensed milk and fold into the whipped cream.
  3. Next, crumble in the Christmas pudding, carefully fold the mixture again and transfer to a freezer-safe container for at least 4 hours or until set.
