What you'll need
- 500ml whipping cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 200g leftover Christmas pudding
- Optional: 300ml roughly chopped and toasted pecan nuts

- In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream until it holds medium peaks.
- Gently drizzle in the condensed milk and fold into the whipped cream.
