Care instructions
- Wipe with a soft cloth or sponge, using warm water and soap
- Don't use a scourer or hard brush as this could damage the surface
- Please note that this product is not dishwasher or microwave safe
- It's recommended to clean spills or stains as soon as possible to avoid changing the surface quality
Warranty
- This product comes with a 6-month limited warranty
- This limited warranty only extends to defects in materials and workmanship which occur during normal use and service
- It does not apply to improper use or abuse, including damage from mishandling of the product, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance
- Note that terrazzo and jesmonite (gypsum and resin) is water and stain tolerant but not waterproof or stainproof
- Products will naturally wear over time and given that jesmonite is a porous surface, it is to be expected to develop character from weather and human use over time
- Please be aware that your product may slightly differ from the ones featured in photos, as each piece is handmade and unique
- These material variations are a natural part of the piece and do not fall under the consideration of warranty
