What a waste of time.
So I ordered this product and the battery wouldn't charge and requested a replacement only to get it and it won't charge.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

The vacuum came and the charging light stays red — it's been charging since it arrived and it still doesn't go on. It doesn't even come with a manual.
