This is amazing product!
This is an amazing product. Really does what it is intended to do. I haven't tried all the functions yet. but the frothing setting is really good and makes thick throttled milk. Also to be able to wash the milk jug separately makes sense.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Unsatisfied.
Although the design seemed clever at first (a separate jug from the heater) and worked well in the beginning, after four months the handle lost its grip. The plastic must have softened or melted from the heat, although I’m not sure how, as I used it myself and only under normal conditions. Not great.
The surface on the inside of the jug has worn away after only a few months. I'm not going to use this product anymore for fear of ending up with bits of metal in my milk. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Wonderful product.
What a lovely little machine. It does everything it stipulates. What is great is that the machine will switch off when heating/frothing, etc. Has reached its desired peak. It hardly makes a noise (from previous reviews I read). If it does, it is soft - nothing that would bug you. This milk frother is fine. The type of fine a luke-warn glass of water is fine after exercise. It does its job of frothing milk, but it could be improved if it had two elements: 1. An automated timer — this I think would result in the best (frothed) milk so you don't have to guess when to stop it and drink perhaps cooler milk than you would like, and 2.
