How to brew tea in a cast iron teapot

• Preheat the teapot by swirling hot water inside and the discard
• Add loose leaf tea to infuser about 1 tsp per cup or use tea bags
• Heat water separately to the right temperature (don't place cast iron teapot directly on a stove)
  • Green tea: 70-80°C
  • Oolong tea: 80-90°C
  • Black tea: 90-100°C
• Pour the hot water over the tea and steep for 2-5 minutes
• Remove the infuser if used and pour the tea into cups
• Rinse the teapot with warm water only, wipe dry and leave the lid off to air dry completely
