Installation

1. Connect control box to power adapter
2. Fix lights at the bottom, wrap upwards around branches or mounting surface
3. Use adhesive tape + clips to secure lights; tighten waterproof caps before use
4. Plug in
5. For rough surfaces or stronger hold, use clips with screws
6. Avoid repeated adhesive use; ensure smooth, clean, dry surface 

App Pairing (Govee Home)

• Requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and iOS 8.0+/Android 4.3+ device
• Turn on Bluetooth, download app, tap “+”, search device (H8OC4 or H705E), follow instructions
• Voice control: open device page → settings → User Guide → follow on-screen instructions

Troubleshooting

1. Partial or no light:

• Check adapter (green light)
• Verify string connections
• Reset control box (hold 5s)
• Test each string segment to find faulty lights.

1. Wi-Fi connection issues:

• Ensure 2.4GHz network and Bluetooth on
• Reset and rebind control box
• Check distance to router and network stability
• Reduce number of devices on the network

1. Adhesive tape issues:

• Use clips to secure lights
• Ensure surface is smooth, clean, dry
• Warm adhesive in low temperatures for better tack
• Replace adhesive if reused or failed

Disassembly
