Broke Twice
The mugs were a gift for my mother in law. A week or so after gifting it, the handle came right off, while being sipped from. The hot tea could have scalded her. I returned the cup. A week after I received the replacement, the cup cracked when pouring boiled water in and began leaking from the bottom. Love this product but it cracked after 2 months.
Loved this product — the look, the feel of the mug in my hands... but 2 of my 5 mugs cracked within just 2 months. Very disappointing! Trying now to see if they will replace them for being faulty.

We're sorry we got it wrong this time around, and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better.
Loved it but they keep cracking and leaking
We bought 8 of these mugs — not even 3 weeks ago — we down to 5 mugs as I have had to throw away 3 already as they crack and leak. They beautiful mugs but pointless having mugs that leak. Really not impressed.

Lovely but cracked
I bought 6 and one cracked when I poured in the hot water in the first use. I was very disappointed as the mugs are adorable and lovely to use.

Comfortable to hold
My favourite mug, I can make my hot beverage (Chai Latte or Hot Chocolate) extra frothy because of the 450ml capacity and it fits comfortably in my hand.
