This isn't non-stick.
I have had the pan for 4 months now and this is not non-stick. Only really makes eggs on it and its not even that easy to clean as everything sticks. Maybe I'm fussy because I always used the AMT range which was really non-stick for a couple of years but I was looking for something lighter. I wouldn't buy this again.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
