The Bootlegger Blend is 100% Arabica coffee made using green beans sourced from Central America (strictly High Grown) and Africa (AA Grade), roasted to a medium colour profile. The Bootlegger blend displays hints of toasted hazelnut, caramel and a subtle touch of dark chocolate. This blend is made with precision and dedication by coffee experts for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home or office. All Bootlegger coffee is created using a unique roasting profile with state of the art Giessen coffee roasters in Sea Point, Cape Town.

A little bit about the Bootlegger Coffee Company
Bootlegger Coffee Company was created in 2012 by 3 best friends, Pieter Bloem, De Waal Basson & Antonie Basson. The brand has now grown into multiple businesses all over Cape Town and Johannesburg and still expanding. Each store has a carefully selected line from an AC/DC song hung on the wall in neon lights. A lot of the brand attitude and charisma comes from this throwback of great music and rhythm.

Coffee flavor is great
It is strong but only slightly bitter. I really like the taste (I used a moka pot).

What a happy discovery!
Brewed in a Moka pot, these beans produced a nutty, smooth-flavoured espresso. Highly recommended for a flat white!
