The Remoska Rack is manufactured in food grade stainless steel and is specifically made to fit the Remoska Grand and Standard cookers. With two height options, it expands the cooking options of the Remoska even further.
The Remoska Rack can be used to lift food closer to the heat source for quicker cooking using the longer 'feet' of the rack. This is great for quickly heating or grilling toasted sandwiches and foods like pizza. Turn the rack over to the short 'feet' and the food is lifted from the base of the pan, allowing fat and liquids to drip through for healthier eating.

Sturdy!
Excellent quality — nice and sturdy. The raised loops at the top does lessen the amount of cookware you can place on top, but considering I'm not using it with the grand it shouldn't be a problem.

An excellent addition to my Remoska
Wonderful addition for my Remoska! Makes an extra layer of space, one that is closer to the heat source lid. Fat will drip away from meat placed on the top rack.
