My family and I share a real affinity for great-tasting, delicious cakes, especially German-inspired tea cakes. Marmorkuchen has a special place in our hearts, which I bake at least once a month. The Zenker cake pan is just the perfect tool, it distributes heat evenly for a wonderful crumb, and, once baked, the cake pops out easily after resting for a few minutes.
