First off thanx to Sarah for being such a wonderful teacher; I love baking but it seems that I am rushing to bake something delicious but I have learn simple basics with this program and I will apply on my daily baking...

Great baking tips and yes I'm also guilty of rushing at times and being excited so much I miss a few steps or take some for granted, but your courses show that you must take your time to get it perfect and leave the rushing to the masters :) but us home cooks thank you.

I absolutely LOVED this course! I learnt so much and really enjoyed Sarah's style of presenting and teaching. The different ratios has opened up a whole new world for me and has made me think so much more about my whole approach to baking. The recipes are delicious and the notes very handy. I was blown away by how wonderful and informative this free series has been! I loved all of the videos, the course notes were thorough, and the quizzes really helped pull it all together.
Also, Sarah Graham was a great instructor. I'm thankful (and surprised) that this course was free, but I would HAPPILY pay for you to have her make another baking course. I'd love to see her make make some breakfast pastries and maybe go a bit beyond the basics. Read more

This was a very useful online baking course... I have been waiting to learn more about baking and the small small things u need to know about and finally I did get lucky by taking this course... now even I can bake!!!!
