There is a slight bow in the grate plate when grating but it's not of any concern. Very good product and eats through cheese.

Very powerful and versatile little grater with very sharp blades. Easy to wash and store and fantastic for both the kitchen and camping. Be sure to buy the set (finer and coarser).

Super sharp grater! I use this to grate carrots and it works very well. Be careful for your finger tips, these blades are happy to slice whatever they come into contact with :)
Solid build quality as expected from Victorinox. I'd recommend it at this price.
