Care instructions
- It's necessary to periodically wipe the heater, depending on the placement and environment of its use
- Make sure the heater is fault-free - check main lead is properly connected
- Your heater should be checked once a year by a qualified technician
- If fault is suspected or detected stop using the heater and contact Alva
- When required, clean the exterior of your heater to remove dust using a damp cloth only
- Don't: use abrasive products to clean the heater as these damage the heater surface, submerge the heater in water, spray or rinse the heater with water
- Always make sure the heater is off and cool before conducting maintenance
- Keep young children away from any hot surfaces
- Always disconnect the heater from electricity mains when not in use, during installation and cleaning
