  • Toaster:
    • This toaster is for household use only and is not user-serviceable
    • Cleaning the removable crumb tray:
    • Clean the removable crumb tray frequently
    • A build-up of crumbs can be unhygienic and could be a fire hazard
    • Don't operate the toaster unless the crumb tray is fitted and closed back into place
    • Unplug the toaster and let it cool down, then remove and empty the crumb tray
    • Wipe it with a damp cloth, dry and then slide it back inside the toaster
    • The body of the toaster and the crumb tray should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not let water enter the toaster
    • Don't let anything enter the slots, you might damage the heating elements

    • This appliance is for household use only and is not user-serviceable
    • Don't open or change any parts by yourself
    • Please refer to a qualified electrical service department or return to the supplier if servicing is necessary
    • Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning
    • Don't immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid or hold it under a running tap to clean
    • Remove stubborn spots/marks, wipe the surfaces with a cloth slightly dampened in soapy water or mild non-abrasive cleaner
    • Unplug the base from the wall socket, and let the kettle cool down before cleaning
    • Wipe the kettle, inside and out, with a damp cloth

    • Use a descaler suitable for plastic products (all kettles have plastic parts)
    • Follow the instructions on the descaler, then rinse several times, fill, boil and discard the water, to remove all chemical residues
