Broke after two uses.
Unfortunately, the string snapped after the second use. I have already discarded the original packaging — and as such cannot return the item. It's clearly defective, though.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Oh no! This should never have happened. We're sorry we got it wrong this time around — and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better.
Best cheese slicer!
We bought one of these many years ago and it's the best cheese slicer we have ever had, we looked everywhere for another one incase anything happened to ours and could never find them, or the spare wires. So happy we found Yuppiechef website has them. Now we have 2 slicers and plenty replacement wires. Excellent product!
I would recommend this product to a friend.
