We went to have breakfast at a Bistro and my wife complained the coffee was cold. We had no idea the mug was "double walled" and we were impressed with this mug.
We had to have 6 of these and we are not sorry we bought them!

I love these mugs. Everything about them is just perfect. The size, the shape, the handle is just right, not too wide nor too narrow and your drink stays warm so much longer. Totally elegant.
The only downturn could be that they are not dishwasher safe. However, cleaning is a breeze as just a flush of water cleans the mug instantly.

I love the design of these mugs and any drink looks beautiful in it. However, my mugs only lasted about 10 months. I must mention that I used them daily and followed the care instructions (dishwasher safe, no microwave). Unfortunately during the last two months the mugs started showing hairline cracks and eventually I had to throw them away. If you plan to use them less regularly it might be a good buy. Read more

These cups are elegant yet practical in its design. I love the fact that it has handles so it’s easy to lift. Everything in it just looks better. Would like to get another set so I don’t have to wait for it to come out of the dishwasher😀. The size is perfect.

As a fan of double-walled cups in general, most of the decent products [and this is one of them] find favour with me.

My only minor whinge with these is that they are a little small in size [capacity] but otherwise go for it - buy them.

Two of my cups cracked after about 8 months.

Very disappointed as it was very expensive and thought it would be better quality.

I was very disappointed with this product. As soon as I stirred the cup, it literally broke a hole in the middle, and the glass fragmented. This could have caused a serious injury if I'd not noticed.

We're so sorry we got it wrong this time around and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better.

This may have been due to something that is called "Thermal Shock" which is changes in temperature that cause the glass to expand and contract. Thermal shock refers to the sudden and extreme temperature change that causes a material to expand or contract at different rates, leading to cracks or even breakage.

In the case of drinking glasses, thermal shock can occur when hot liquids are poured into a cold glass or vice versa. This can weaken the glass and make it more susceptible to cracking or breaking.

To avoid thermal shock, it is recommended to gradually change the temperature of the glass by preheating or precooling it before pouring it into hot or cold liquids.
