I love the shape and the look of the mug but I have had 2 out of 4 easily crack and are now unusable. They cracked from making tea, not from being dropped or anything like that.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I absolutely love these mugs, they fit perfectly in your hands, to keep them warm!

They’re large so a normal cup would only be filled halfway in these which is great.

And they are just very hyggelig!

I bought these mugs (baby blue colour) early last year and didn’t use them until Dec 2022.

I love the shape but wow! They crack from just using them for coffee/tea inside on the base without being dropped or anything.

I have also never used them in a dishwasher. I am disappointed in my purchase from Maxwell and Williams for the first time ever.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
