I love that this pan has perfect square edges (90 degrees), perfect for lamingtons and bars. I wish that other pans such as swiss roll trays as well as square and round and baking pans were like this. Love it!

I'm not much of a cook or baker but decided to test out an awesome rusk recipe and needed a decent, deep baking tray. Turned out so well it's now my new thing, and about to order another one to keep my family and friends in rusks this winter.

This is a great baking pan for simple square sided cakes. I would still recommend using baking paper though to help lift it out. I made a chocolate birthday cake in this and it turned out perfectly.

Bought this pan specifically to bake focaccia. Great quality as I've come to rely on from MasterClass and it just works beautifully.
