If you don't like smokey flavours, this is not for you, but for those of us who do, this is a superb final touch to any meal that has those fantastic layers of depth, texture and flavour. I particularly relish this with home-made hummus (made with lots of tahina - not for those violently allergic to sesame seeds of course) and served either with smoked spanish paprika or summac alongside pickles and fresh salad. The extra depth of the smokey flavour along with the salt is fantastic. Best served from a Salt Keeper though. Read more

This salt is absolutely amazing, doesn’t taste like table salt at all and the smokey taste is intense, especially over freshly grilled steak.

Would definitely recommend this compared to some of the other brands.
