Smoker

It is well made and the product does its job while there is smoke. However, the methylated spirits does not burn long enough to compete the smoking and cooking process. I am disappointed at lack of detailed instructions. It would be nice if a few more recipes were included.

This smoker works so easy that even a real girl can work with it. It is quick and has become my go to after a long day or week. I am experimenting with about everything. Love it!

This was my first try at making smoked chicken and meat as well. It was very easy to understand how to use the smoker. I will still have to play around with the spicing as there is no recipe book/guidelines regarding use of this product. But I love smoked chicken and will be using it quite often. Very good buy!!!!

I used a friends smoker like this many years ago and it worked magic. I looked for one ever since and now found it. It works quicker easier and more effectively than any other smoker I have ever used. No coals or wood fire needed. Just a little methylated spirits. Magic!
