I bought it to use on induction, especially for breakfast.. the eggs stick - so I have to find another use for it, it's good for induction cooking.

We're sorry to hear about your eggs and hope we can help them not stick! Here are some tips and tricks to use when cooking with an enamelled cast iron product from Le Creuset!
The pan needs to preheat on medium heat for about 5 minutes before adding your food. Your best friend for most cooking especially frying and searing will be a medium to low heat.
Most think believe that higher heat is required however the trick is to preheat the pan before you begin. High heat temperatures should only be used to boil water or for reducing stocks and sauces.
