   Before first use:

  • Wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly

  How to cook with your casserole:

  • Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot
  • Use Le Creuset Silicone Tools, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic utensils — be gentle with metal utensils to avoid damaging the cooking surface
  • Match skillet size to hob ring for even cooking, this is extra important for induction hobs
  • Cook on medium or low heat, even for frying and searing, let the skillet heat up slowly and lower heat after reaching the desired temperature
  • Don't slide the skillet on glass hobs, lift it instead to avoid damage

  How to clean your casserole:

  • Let your casserole cool before cleaning
  • Wipe off any leftover food from the base and sides — for stuck-on food, soak in warm, soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before regular washing
  • Avoid harsh cleaners, metal scrubbers, and stiff brushes
