I was looking for something simular but in a cast iron version. This is as close you will get. It works and it works well. The secret to having the bread not stick is to heat it up together with the oven. Sprinkle a bit of semolina flour at the bottom or use non-stick baking paper. Bake covered at 250°C in a pre-heated cloche for around 40 minutes. This yields tasty, golden brown bread with a great rise and thin, crispy crust every time. Wish the cloche was slightly bigger.

Lovely...I could not ask for a better product. It bakes sour dough bread perfectly !!please ensure to follow the pre and post of first time use. Never wash in water....and you will never look back! As with any product: If use is unknown, abuse is inevitable!! I am ordering 2 more. Love this !!!

Such a great product. The lid gives sourdough the necessary Dutch oven steaming. Just remember to cut cooking time because it’s a long thin loaf.
