This kettle (paired with the matching toaster) truly makes my day when I use it.

Boils effectively and fairly quickly, as kettles go. The handle is a nice soft silicone feel and is extremely comfy to hold/pour.

Definitely a thumbs up.

I really love the look of this kettle and it works brilliantly, but I've only had it for a month and a bit now and the colour finish is starting to flake off.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else's kettle or if I just received a bad one.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! Had mine for only 3 months and the edges around the lid and the body have rusted. Took it back to my store in Ballito & it had to be sent back to CT & then to Kenwood. It has been 2weeks now (without a kettle & I'm still waiting to hear how I am going to be compensated.

This product worked great until it didn't. It lasted 18 months and then stopped working. I tried taking it to an authorized repair shop but no parts were available. At the time the warranty was only 1-year so I had to get a new one.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
