About Kalahari Truffle
In the alluring and expansive desert of Southern Africa, a rare truffle grows, scarce and wild. Only available 5 weeks a year, not farmed but naturally harvested, the Kalahari truffle is limited and unpredictable. They are related to, but different from the European truffle, with a flavour & story uniquely their own. The mission — to showcase its profile in the best expression possible by working with 15 women-led communities in Botswana to source these rare gems. All of the ingredients are indigenous, traceable & economically empowering. The result: a pair of meticulously crafted, luxury spirits.
