Perfect size for my 11 cups a day tea addiction! Comfortable to hold and lovely to look at. This is my second order of these beauties :)

As soon as you pour hot water to make a nice cup of tea, the cups crack and break.

I buy a lot of products from Yuppiechef, but this mug was such a disappointment.
When I poured hot water into the mug it cracked and leaked hot water over me...
So I returned the mug to Yuppiechef and they replaced it. I got home made another cup of tea, and the new mug cracked again.
Very disappointed.
Look for a different mug.

I bought 8 of these mugs of which 5 have cracked when pouring hot water in them.Such a disappointment,for they did not come cheap.

Absolutely love this mug's shape and feel.

BUT, it immediately cracked when I poured hot water into it.

I thought it was a one-off problem, but the same happened to the second mug I used. I bought 6 and returned them all, very dangerous.

A mug holding boiling water should never crack - that is very unusual.

On opening the box, I was excited as the mugs are beautiful, a lovely size and elegant for both tea and coffee, but after a few days, the first mug cracked (from top to bottom).

Yes, I do put cold milk in first before pouring in the tea! This morning, the second cup cracked, I bought 12.

Although these cups are pretty, they are of very poor quality. Within two weeks of buying them, two cups cracked at different times when I poured water from the kettle to make a cup of tea.

Definitely not tested to ensure that the items have been manufactured correctly. I returned the other two with the cracked cups as they are just not a good buy.

Out of the 8 ordered less than 2 years ago, I now only have 1 cup left. These cups are brittle and broken one by one.

I thought it was because they weren't dishwasher safe yet I see on the listing it is listed as dishwasher safe! Would love a refund as I need a whole new set of cups now.

I bought 6 mugs as a housewarming gift for my niece. Yesterday they moved in and we went over with the mugs for tea/coffee.

As we poured the coffee and tea, each and every mug immediately cracked! This was very disappointing and embarrassing and must be a manufacturing fault.
